Takmer 65 % nezamestnan\u00fdch absolventov je v evidencii 4 a\u017e 9 mesiacov, \u010do je pre mlad\u00e9ho \u010dloveka pridlh\u00fd \u010das.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mnoho \u0161tudentov z\u00edska pracovn\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti u\u017e po\u010das \u0161t\u00fadia v\u010faka brig\u00e1dam alebo pracovn\u00fdm programom \u010di st\u00e1\u017eam. Nie je raritou, \u017ee zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e pon\u00fakne brig\u00e1dnikovi po skon\u010den\u00ed \u0161koly aj trval\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 miesto. Pre obe strany je to v\u00fdhodn\u00e9: ak je absolvent s\u00a0pr\u00e1cou spokojn\u00fd, m\u00f4\u017ee jej venova\u0165 viac \u010dasu, za\u017ei\u0165 mo\u017eno prv\u00fd kari\u00e9rny posun a\u00a0po skon\u010den\u00ed \u0161koly m\u00e1 ist\u00e9 zamestnanie. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e svojich \u013eud\u00ed pozn\u00e1, vie, ako brig\u00e1dnik pracoval a\u00a0na ak\u00fa poz\u00edciu sa hod\u00ed najviac.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tohtoro\u010dn\u00ed absolventi by mali ma\u0165 u\u017e teraz jasn\u00fa predstavu o\u00a0svojej pracovnej bud\u00facnosti a\u00a0vyh\u013ead\u00e1va\u0165 si pracovn\u00e9 ponuky z\u00a0oblasti, ktorej sa chc\u00fa dlhodobo venova\u0165. S\u00a0akt\u00edvnym h\u013eadan\u00edm pr\u00e1ce by mali za\u010da\u0165 e\u0161te k\u00fdm \u0161tuduj\u00fa. \u00davahy o\u00a0posledn\u00fdch pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch \u010di moment\u00e1lnom nedostatku \u010dasu sa im m\u00f4\u017eu vypomsti\u0165. \u201ePr\u00e1ve po\u010das letn\u00fdch mesiacov a\u00a0za\u010diatkom jesene je na trhu ve\u013ea absolventov, a\u00a0t\u00fdm sa ich \u0161ance zamestna\u0165 sa logicky zni\u017euj\u00fa,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Tatiana S\u00fdkorov\u00e1, HR mana\u017e\u00e9rka Adecco Slovakia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co ak nem\u00e1m prax?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vatelia vy\u017eaduj\u00fa na v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu pracovn\u00fdch poz\u00edci\u00ed prax. Nemus\u00ed \u00eds\u0165 nevyhnutne o\u00a0prax z\u00a0odboru, s\u00fa pracovn\u00e9 poz\u00edcie, kde zamestn\u00e1vatelia uzn\u00e1vaj\u00fa aj brig\u00e1dy, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa sign\u00e1lom, \u017ee absolvent u\u017e m\u00e1 osvojen\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky. Absolvent by si mal na z\u00e1klade dopytu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov vytvori\u0165 \u017eivotopis, v\u00a0ktorom zd\u00f4razn\u00ed svoje konkr\u00e9tne zru\u010dnosti a\u00a0sk\u00fasenosti. Ak v\u00a0\u017eivotopise neuvedie ani jednu brig\u00e1du alebo prax, jeho \u0161ance n\u00e1js\u0165 zamestnanie s\u00fa v\u00fdrazne ni\u017e\u0161ie. \u201eSamozrejme, aj absolvent bez praxe m\u00e1 \u0161ancu zamestna\u0165 sa. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je spr\u00e1vne reagova\u0165 na pracovn\u00e9 ponuky. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je aj prax po\u010das \u0161t\u00fadia, do ktorej sa po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00fa zahrani\u010dn\u00e9 st\u00e1\u017ee, kurzy, ako aj dobrovo\u013en\u00edcke aktivity. \u201eZodpovedn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava \u017eivotopisu a\u00a0motiva\u010dn\u00e9ho listu je alfou a\u00a0omegou. Rad\u0161ej si ich pre\u010d\u00edtajte viackr\u00e1t a\u00a0venujte ich pr\u00edprave dostatok \u010dasu. Ak \u00e1no, ujasnite si, v\u00a0ktorom odbore by ste chceli pracova\u0165.
